Cleaned my couch, loveseat and chair, and when they were done, they looked brand new. Very professional and would recommend them to anybody and will definitely use their services again.

We have used Jim for the last 4 years Jim has always done an outstanding job. They are professional, neat clean and put everything back the way it was. We would highly recommend using them for anyone. That wants a great job. Carpets are never left. saturated like other companies. They don’t take long to dry.Great👍👍👍

We were very excited to have our carpet cleaned by what seemed to be a nice small business with great reviews and results. Unfortunately we had a bad experience. Our grayish white carpet was only a year old (padding was also 1 year old) and we called for a routine carpet cleaning. After they finished and the carpet had dried, large yellow spots came to the surface. It also had a foul odor (almost like urine) and were 1000x dirtier than when they started. They did come back and re-clean which was nice but blamed us for the spots. When I explained it was new carpet and padding, he blamed the hardwood floors underneath the padding….which sounds ridiculous to me. The carpet did not come any cleaner the second time around. I now have to rent a scrubber and try and fix this mess!! We are extremely dissatisfied and wished so badly it would have turned out better. Our carpet was very costly and is now ruined. Be careful with your carpet!!!

From the moment I called, Jim personally answered the phone, displaying a level of customer service rarely seen these days. I was immediately impressed. Without hesitation, he prioritized our cleaning for the very next morning, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. In fact, he arrived a whole 30 minutes earlier than his usual schedule—a true testament to his professionalism and dedication. When Jim and his son arrived, they were not only friendly and personable but also extremely responsive to our requests. We asked them to tackle the extra challenge of removing stubborn chemicals from the carpet, and they gladly accepted the task. The level of thoroughness they exhibited was nothing short of exceptional. They left no stone unturned, ensuring that every nook and cranny of our carpets received the attention they deserved. What amazed me even more was their ability to miraculously dry the carpets to a point where we could move our furniture back the very same night. It was evident that they took pride in their work and valued their customers’ satisfaction. I can confidently say that I will be a loyal customer of Tender Touch Carpet Cleaning from now on. Decided to use another carpet company this time around. We have 3 younger kids, 3 dogs. Everything came out very nice & nothing resurfaced. We will be using them again in the spring.
