The guys were great! Very professional and pleasant. Explained in detail how they planned on tackling the pet stain area in my apartment and what to expect over the next several days. Guarantee was Explained as well. Would definitely recommend. Carpet looks and feels better than when I moved in!

I had my carpet cleaned by Toby and was beyond impressed. Not only did he work around my schedule, he came back to do a spot that needed hit again around my schedule! He was very polite, helpful and accommodating. He made me feel very valued as a customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They stand by their service and will make sure you’re 100% happy! Very great company!

I’ve never used a company who does such a beautiful job. I’ve tried other companies in the past but will only stay with Chem Dry. Toby and Carl aren’t just great people to work with but very conscious of their work. If you’re wanting to get your carpet or furniture cleaned, this is the company for you. They handle more than what I just mentioned also.

I already had 2 thumbs up from my upholstery cleaning a couple months back but today…today I was amazed!! Toby came out and took care of my carpet & stairs. They have never looked better or smelled cleaner!! If you want a job done GREAT, call Lake Chem-Dry!
