We have used Master Clean for over 20 years. However, today we had terrible service and results. The technician seemed to be in a hurry. He moved very little furniture. The furniture he did move was placed on the damp floor without any protection. Most of the rooms were completed so quickly that the carpets were mostly dry immediately after the cleaning. Our stairs remained dirty after the cleaning. We were charged for two rooms that we did not have cleaned. I now have to take time off work to have the rooms cleaned properly. I thought Master Clean did it right the first time.

Came by today practically right at 1 PM and was out in about 30 minutes to clean our driver vent. Made sure to wear shoe coverings in our house and was very attentive. Would recommend to anyone in central Ohio.

Master Clean made my day today. I have a 2016 Toyota Corolla LE that had either an old coffee or coke stain on the back seat driver’s side that I could never get out. I had taken my car to a detailer and they could not get it out. I purchased and tried myself, an auto upholstry cleaner and it ended up looking worse. So, I called Master Clean and thanks to the wonderful technician who came, he got it out. I wish I had asked him for his name so I could mention him by name in my review. He was pleasant, professional and obviously knew what he was doing as the stain is completely gone and looks just like knew. I am so thrilled, thanks to Master Clean and their outstanding technican who removed a stain that I thought might be hopeless to get out.

Ules was the carpet cleaner and he did a great job. I had some pet stains as well as the carpet has some age on it. He was thorough and careful. Also, very polite. I would highly recommend.

Maybe 5th or 6th time using Master Clean. Always a positive experience. What really stands out however is their technician Damon. Today was his third time at our home. As always, he was on time, professional, courteous, fast but thorough with the task at hand. He is definitely a credit to the company. Highly recommend.

The did not clean the carpet very well. When we had a spill a couple of weeks later I used our person carpet cleaner and the water was black. I went a head and cleaned the entire room my self. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this company.
