If I could give 6 stars I would. Bob and his partner who came out to clean out and fix my dryer vent were fantastic. Very courteous, honest, and compassionate! Please use this company for carpet cleaning, vent cleaning, etc!!!

Easily the best customer service I have ever received. Andy was extremely helpful and informative. He came over to give us a quote and warned us that there may be mold issues. He went out of his way to gather more information on how we can handle our mold issue and got back to me same day. While we have not yet had our ducts cleaned because of our mold issue, I can tell that they genuinely care about their customers and will be contacting them as soon as we’re ready. Highly recommend.

I’ve used many carpet cleaning companies and there’s no need to look further. Ellis is the best. I’ve always been very satisfied with the job they do. They really take their time too which I appreciate. Some companies are in and out in no time and I wonder what I just paid for.

Excellent Service. The owner wants to educate you on the process. I’m a homeowner and landlord and have used them multiple times. Very reasonable pricing and follow up.
