Had a wonderful experience. My carpet is clean, looks good and smells good. Anthony did a great job, he was very polite and helpful. The cleaning even got some red clay stains off the carpet on my stairs. Their pricing was better than all the quotes I got in the area, definitely worth it. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely use Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning again.

If I could give no stars I would I would not recommend this company to anyone I was scheduled Tuesday February 27th for a 4pm cleaning I was called at 3pm after I had moved all my furniture and informed that the technician had broken his equipment and the other went home sick so I was rescheduled for today 3/5/24 for 4pm I called at 4:07 To verify someone was still coming out and I’m told the technician was injured today and can’t come out this is crazy I have moved the furniture in a living room, 2 rooms and a hallway twice now putting it back twice for no one to come out get it together safe-dry!!!

Had a great experience with Safe-dry! Our original appointment was booked for 8am on our last date with access to the home so we were on a tight clock. Our original cleaner had a family emergency so another cleaner – Damian was still able to make that same day appointment! Thank you Damian!

UPDATE: As you can see below, Safe-Dry responds to it’s reviews with the same wording to everyone! 2nd UPDATE: Since new management has taken over, a check was finally sent to me make things right. Hopefully the better service will continue. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The tech who picked up my area rugs was friendly but made me nervous when he decided to look around my house and compliment how nice it was! Totally unprofessional. Asked me to help him carry the very heavy, huge rug out to his van. Rugs were returned a week later, right before we moved, so they stayed wrapped up for a couple weeks. After opening them, the large rug smelled like dirty feet. They obviously didn’t let it dry completely and then rolled it up. Yuck!!!! After complaining to the owner twice, I was promised a check to be sent to my new location so I could have it cleaned again. 6 weeks later and the check has never arrived. Please don’t waste your money on this company and find someplace more professional!
