Absolutely unprofessional is the only words I can use to describe this “company”. It’s only getting one star because that’s the least I can give it. I scheduled services on a Monday for Thursday at 12 noon. They did not call to say they were going to be late, I had to call them an hour after showtime. Only to be told they would be here three hours later. Fast forward to 4 hours later, no one showed up or called to say they had to cancel or reschedule. I absolutely do not recommend this company. I even called to see what happened the next day and got no answer. This is why small businesses get such a bad reputation.

Poul and Movlina Herbert went above and beyond to clean our carpets. The carpets are spotless and clean. We would use them again. Well done!

I had my carpets cleaned yesterday by this agency and was very impressed with their services. The couple called me when they were 15 minutes out and the process wasn’t as long as I expected. They provided high quality services. My floors look brand new because they were able to remove all of the spots. My floors were dry overnight. The prices were decent and definitely worth it. They were very informative and provided valuable information on how to maintain my carpets. I am really glad that I chose them for the job. I look forward to working with them again.

Failed to honor time commitment, called late to inform us that they were 3 hours away from arriving at our house. No professionalism in this when I said that the dry time would push us to 9 PM, I was told we’ll give you booties to wear! We have 2 dogs, ” Oh it wont bother them “, great what about the dirt, DAAAAHHHH. Never call again
