Cleaned sofa for us and after he left we noticed a large spot on the carpet where he knelt down while cleaning the sofa. It looked to be caused by possibly the blue jeans he was wearing. We called him right away and he said he was sorry and would send someone out later that day or the next. Never showed up. We called and texted him multiple times and he now will not respond to our calls.

I used this company for the 2nd time and amazed how my 10 year old carpet looks even with 2 dogs for years. Bret Dausmann came the first time and yesterday had the pleasure of meeting Robbie and Nick. Professional pleasant and extremely helpful in addressing all my concerns. Robbie even offered to carry my dog downstairs with me as he is petrified of vacuums😀🐮. I would highly recommend this company for all your carpet and upholstery needs not to mention their reasonable rates as compared to others. Absolutely the best. Robby was ontime for cleaning the sofa. Expert job!! Also cleaned two large area rugs. I could not be happier. Very fair prices. I’m recommending them to all my friends and family.

Update 6/22/2020 Bret came through again for me! Wonderful job taking care of puckered, dirty carpet! In an hour and a half, he worked magic and restored carpets beautifully! Thank you, Bret! Once again, Absolute Clean did a fabulous job cleaning my carpets! I have used this company many times for carpet and upholstery cleaning, and each time has been a very positive experience! Thank you, Bret! You have so much to be proud of!

Absolute Clean is absolutely spectacular! Chris was on time, was polite and professional, and he did an amazing job. The carpets in the home were dirty from years of abuse, from the downstairs to the steps to the upstairs bedrooms. There were several stains that I did not believe could be removed, and Chris has them looking brand new. We were considering replacing the carpets, so he saved us a ton of money. He left them not only clean, but drier than any other cleaner we’ve used. Within about six hours or so, everything was dry. Absolute Clean is worth every penny and more. Thanks for doing an outstanding job!
