scott was my carpet cleaner from leonard brothers carpet cleaners and he displayed great courtesy and understanding about why i required my carpets to be cleaned. he was completely unphased by the odor. scott did a fantastic job at getting rid of stains and deep-cleaning my carpets in gastonia. i genuinely appreciate his hard work and professional demeanor.

Awesome experience, with the woman who answered the phone, sadly, i didn’t get her name. She spontaneously offered me a 10% discount to clear up a minor misunderstanding about the timing of the appointment, without me even asking for it. The appointment was rearranged for the next morning. Eduardo did a wonderful job, the carpet now looks more magnificent than when we first moved into our place in Gastonia. Thank you!

I could have potentially chosen some additional chemical treatment for further effect. They had a minor hiccup with their equipment, but it was swiftly resolved when the owner, Todd, brought his van in to complete the task. The team, including Bryan, Scott, Levi, and Pedro, were all kind, professional, and punctual.
