I am VERY picky and take my time finding the BEST service and the BEST price. So, I did quite a bit of research before I finally found Alpha & Omega CC, but all that research paid off BIG TIME! They were totally professional; on time and on budget. Could not ask for a nicer experience either- took his time and made sure I understood the entire process. Then he got to work quickly and finished the job fast for the quoted price – what more could you ask for? Honestly, these guys really understand customer satisfaction. Ed answered the phone promptly when I called, and was able to come out the next day! The process was quick and he really got out the stains that were from the previous owner of our new home. Very professional and was in and out! Will definitely be calling again for a few rugs and wood floors.
