I worked for this company back in 2016, cleaning JCC overnight, and let me tell you, the way they treated me was nothing short of emotionally abusive. This company claims to be about helping people with disabilities obtain employment. I have a learning disability as well as anxiety and depression, and after only a week of training it became a nightly thing to have my job threatened because I was “too slow” or “missing things”. Who would think that telling someone with anxiety on a daily that they aren’t good enough is a good idea? Literally after me and the rest of the crew were done, the supervisor on duty would take a high powered flashlight up to the toilet seat and other surfaces, because, you know, the naked eye could totally see the tiniest spot that a high powered flashlight would reveal. Do not work for these people and don’t use their services.
