Scheduled my hardwood floors to be done and asked Wells Rugs to come pick up the rugs and clean them the day before the floors were scheduled to be done. I called the office several times during the day, and I was told the “truck was on its way.” They never showed up. Called the office around 5 PM to let the office know that their workers never showed up. The receptionist transferred me to the truck driver. He said they weren’t coming. No apologies. Just said the weather was bad so they’d have to come on Thursday instead. The driver was very rude.

Wells Rugs did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my Persian Rug! The office staff was polite and professional, the price is fair and the turnaround time convenient. I purchased it years ago when I was in Turkey and stressed over finding a professional to clean it properly. I did a bit of research on my own and then, asked a friend. She recommended Wells Rugs and I too am amazed at the result! I fell in love all over again!!! Honestly my rug sat underneath our coffee table and really didn’t appear to be dirty. But, after cleaning it the colors were so vivid even the cream colored fringes were brighter. I would definitely recommend Wells Rugs! It’s easy to see why you have been in business for so many years. Keep up the good work!

We fully trust Wells rugs with our hand made room sized rugs for cleaning them. We have been going there since 2001. They also sell hand made rugs there with beautiful designs. Mark and Liz

I had used Wells carpet cleaning a few years ago and was happy with the results at the time. I called them a few weeks ago to clean ALL the carpets in my home. The gentleman came ,arrived on time, was very professional, and did a FANTASTIC job all throughout my house!!!!! I cannot say enough things(praise)about how GREAT ALL my carpets turned out!!!! I would highly recommend Wells cleaning in Morristown! They are FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!
