I had a fantastic experience with Premier Carpet Cleaning & Restoration! They were super knowledgeable about where my water issue was coming from (exterior spigot). Quickly set up their equipment and made sure everything was dried before pulling it all. I appreciate their knowledge, honesty, integrity and friendliness. What a great crew with fantastic customer service. I would use them again and recommend to anyone!! I’ve worked with Don and now Cory a few times over the past couple of years, and every time I think my carpet in my rentals need replaced, they come in and completely transform them! I’ve had renters with dogs the last couple go arounds, but they always do an amazing job getting the carpets cleaned for the next family! Very affordable, easy to work with, and do a great job.

I will never use any carpet cleaning business besides Premier. They are punctual, trust worthy and so friendly. Not only that but the work is top notch. I had horribly stained floors due to 3 dogs and two kids and now my carpets look brand new. DJ also guarantees their work and let me know that if any spots came back up, he’d take care of them for m (although my carpets were gorgeous after and never needed any touch ups). Couldn’t be happier with this company!
