After searching the web for a much needed vent cleaning my call to Cardinal Carpet Cleaning seemed the right company to help me. The lady in the office was able to explain the whole procedure, quote me a price and quickly set a date for the next day to have a serviceman evaluate the job. Evan arrived the next day as promised, assessed the job and answered all my questions leaving me confident I found the right company for the job. Tyler arrived promptly on the appointed date and time and was great, explaining the whole procedure while he was working. Cardinal will be coming out for my annual check and cleaning. We have carpet on our main floor and in our basement. We didn’t realize our dogs were sneaking downstairs to pee on the carpet until it started smelling bad. We also have a cat who occasionally went on the basement carpet until we changed the kind of litter we were using, so as you can imagine the odor down there was pretty strong. We priced a couple of carpet cleaning places, and Cardinal was a little more expensive but we decided to go with them because of their money back guarantee. Well, we had our carpets done a couple weeks ago and our home smells like new. We couldn’t be happier, the animal smells are completely gone. The first couple days there was a light, clean scent in our home and then that faded to a perfectly neutral smell.

Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process and costs associated with it. Sat down and showed videos and gave a thorough explanation as well as assisted in helping refer another company for a different project. A+ would recommend.

Cardinal was recommended to clean my air ducts by my HVAC service company. They were very courteous and performed the cleaning in an efficient, thorough and professional manner. They also cleaned my dryer vent and removed several birds nests. Highly recommended.

Tyler took great care to confine dirt to his vacuum and wore shoe covers. He cleaned all my air ducts and dryer vent and he subsequently sanatized all the vents. It smells so much cleaner. I recommend their services to anyone because their charge was very reasonable. Thanks Cardinal carpet and air duct cleaner!

Hate to admit it, but we’ve never had our carpets cleaned before. But, after an unfortunate incident over the holidays, we needed to have it done. These people had great reviews, almost so good that you questioned whether they were true. Well, they were accurate. They came out, explained the process and the fees, and we set up the appointment. They arrived within an acceptable window and did a great job. They moved some larger pieces and helped me move a dinig room table, finished up wihtin 1 1/2 hours for 2 rooms, and the carpet looks great. Could not be happier with the whole experience!
