Awesome people and awesome prices! Hard to find anymore in this day and age. I wanted to help a senior citizen friend of mine feel better about her house. She is unable to use her carpet machine anymore and was upset about her dingy carpets and some animal smell from her misbehaving dog. I called and asked if they could help and they were there the next day! I got a call from my friend who was over the moon happy at what a great job they did and she said the cleaners were such gentlemen and treated her with care and respect. All you have to do is call and someone will get back to you and get you in probably quicker than you think! I don’t normally take time to do reviews but this is a business worthy of the highest praise. Thank you so much for making an 82 year olds day! It meant a lot to her.

So our sump pump failed again and flooded our basement. Luckily only half of the carpeted area got wet. Since we had used this company twice in the past. We once again called upon them as they were really nice, very professional and no doubt did a great job getting all the water out. However, I gave them 1 star on this recent service because of how much he billed us. The owner initially gave my husband a quote of roughly $400-$500 since the flooding wasn’t even half of our basement and wasn’t as bad as before. Then he asked how much our deductible was. My husband said it was $1000. The owner then advised us to not claim it through our insurance as it would cost us less than our deductible. When we received our bill, it was $930! Yeah, it was less than our deductible but way more than he had led us to believe. I’m sorry but I am not convinced that the bill was that much. We weren’t expecting that big of an amount. I hope he didn’t charge us that amount based on our deductible.

Super fast, and helpful. Arrived early, took something to my dumpster for me, and help me move my furniture. I called Wednesday morning, and got scheduled for the next day! Also reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend!!
