The Rug Doctor may not be for everyone, but if a person or company wants a rug designed to their specifications Kieth is the person to do it. If you just have an idea for something, Kieth will work with you to design what you like. Kieth is an artist an produces outstanding works. To do this it takes time. Others may charge less but the quality and beauty of Kieth’s work is well worth the expense. Without question if some one would ask me to recommend someone who can create a logo, custom one of a kind design, I would recommend Kieth Hoover and the Rug Doctor. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest I would rate the Rug Doctor as a 11.
