i submitted an online request for carpet cleaning services to eco green carpet cleaning and received a response in no time. they were incredibly supportive, even providing a link to track their vehicle via text. matthew and ross arrived at my olive branch home swiftly and efficiently completed the cleaning. the carpets now look remarkably better. it seems i won’t have to replace my carpet as i had thought!

Be careful!! with this company. I was researching dependable local companies online in the Desoto County area so I could drop off some rugs for cleaning. Their address takes you to the entrance of a senior citizen’s community. So I assume the address is fake to mislead local customers into believing they are a local business. They have very little information online, no social media, or any active websites under this name. Reviews seem sketchy as well.

Matthew from ECO GREEN CARPET CLEANING was superb: he kept me updated when he was on his way to Olive Branch, was friendly and courteous upon our introduction, assessed the variety of area rugs we had and provided each one with expert care. Matthew from ECO GREEN CARPET CLEANING did an exceptional job. He meticulously cleaned all the corners of my carpet before bravely tackling the main carpet areas. They were incredibly soiled, but I’m certain my home in Olive Branch will have a fresher scent tonight. Before pictures of some carpet sections are accessible. Make sure to remove any potential obstructions for the ladder and machine. You should definitely consider ECO GREEN CARPET CLEANING for your carpet cleaning needs.

I called Eco Green on 12/10/23 and scheduled a cleaning in my Olive Branch home for today, 13/13/23. After a half hour passed and nobody showed I called and they confirmed my appointment and told me “we’ll call you back with an ETA for our tech”. They then called me back about 10 minutes later and said “sorry we can’t help you”…. And hung up. I called back and they told me I was out of their service area, and hung up again. Of note, I was out of town and a family member had to drive over 2 hours to meet the tech as we’re in the process of moving in from out of town. Terrible customer service, very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Steer clear, zero stars.

fantastic service! Benjamin came a few minutes early, explained he would be doing, did not nickel and dime on extras and did an fantastic job without damaging my baseboards as others carpet cleaners have. I would recommend!

Jesse did a excellent project on our carpets that were long overdue from getting a cleaning. He owns the business and seems to take pride in his work. I would endorse him.
