Bought a beautiful 8×10 oriental rug used that needed cleaned. Scott did a fantastic job getting it cleaned! And even gave us specific information on how to repair some minor edge wear. Highly recommend! Absolutely worth the cost.

I thought the new area rug I had just purchased online was a goner! A lot of extreme off gassing of fumes that continued for weeks! I finally took it to Scott. It was intense, but he was willing to see if it was possible to save the rug. I really didn’t believe there was any hope, but I was so impressed with his positive attitude and his taking the time to walk me through the cleaning process he would use. It took three times through that process, but he didn’t give up and the end result was excellent! I was amazed that he was able to work his cleaning magic and return a really nice rug to me, totally free of any issues. Many, many thanks to Scott. He did a beautiful job and it was a pleasure dealing with him!

What a terrific guy Scott is and my experience with him was wonderful from start to finish. I found him understanding and kind, very knowledgeable about his craft and he provided superb communication and customer service. I brought in my front hallway carpet that had really taken a beating from high traffic, animals and weather related residue. Scott was able to clean it beyond my expectations. He also replaced the fringe that had been worn off. Excellent workmanship.

Wow! Scott is ultra-first class! First, he is an outstanding businessman who gives best value for your money. He has invested in top equipment for rug cleaning and does not hurry the job. He got all the cat stains/urine out of our wool rug—some more than a year old. He is absolutely honest and reliable. I would give him ten stars if I could and am very grateful to have such an excellent business on my speed dial.

Scott is extremely knowledgeable about rug cleaning. He is very passionate about his work and it shows. The 3 rugs that he cleaned for me look fantastic. They are bright and smell good too! Scott is very friendly and kind. I will definitely go to him for future cleanings.

Scott is an expert in his field and we are lucky to have him in our small region — he is world class, as is his equipment, his methods, and most of all, his knowlegde of how to deal with all types of rugs and issues. He was able to take a very delacate silk tie rug that was in bad shape and bring it back to vibrant life with all scents of the pet urine abolished! We will be using him for all of our rug needs! He is a ‘real’ person and stands behind all his work.

Scott is such a nice man and a wealth of great knowledge. More importantly, he does an excellent job cleaning rugs of all types. I have had him clean numerous area rugs, including expensive silk Turkish rugs, with dog urine stains. He has removed all stains and left all the rugs looking like new. Lucky to have him in TC.
