We had our carpets cleaned recently by Black River Steam Restoration. These guys really know what they’re doing. Our carpets have never looked better. They even came back to touch up a stain that showed up after we got them cleaned. I highly recommend this company. We will be using them again in the future!

I couldn’t have picked a better company to do my carpet in our house we just bought. I wanted all the floors professionally cleaned before we moved in. Joe is passionate in his great quality of work he does because it shows. And it turned out so well. He squeezed us in to come back a couple days later and do the rest of our floors which consisted of hardwood and ceramic tile. He did a very great job, and I highly recommend him and will be a repeat customer. And best of all he’s right down the road from me. Glad I reached out to this company. He saved us before we started our new journey in our new home. Thank you again. !! 😊❤️👍

Joe came out with his team to clean the carpets in my new home. They did an excellent job and made sure to be very detailed in their work. They also got in the closets and the small spaces which I appreciate so much. They also got out all previous stains! I will definitely be using this company in the future again! Another great thing was with it being the winter season Joe left some of his blowers to ensure the carpet were fully dried! This company takes pride in their work and you will not regret using them!! Thank you again 🙂

We use Black River once or twice a year in my home and they always do a great job. Unfortunately with 6 kids and 2 cats in the house mysterious stains and dirt happen more often than we like. Every time Joe leaves our carpet looks brand new. We couldn’t be happier.
