In a situation I still don’t want to even talk about, I ended up with cat urine transferring red *dye* onto my almost-new, 10×14 cream-colored, hand knotted wool rug. I was sure my rug was ruined but I called Hagopian just in case. Their chemist is an absolute genius. He got out *all* of the color without harming the rug in any way. It looks wonderful–you’d never know anything had happened. And they picked up and delivered at no extra charge! This company really is the best. They know what they’re doing and they do it better than anyone. I won’t go anywhere else.
