Yesterday was an exceptional day with my experience of carpet cleaning services. I reached out to Luis for help and within 5 minutes, he was present to assist. This was quite different from my experience a month ago with a different carpet cleaning service. I asked one of their staff for help, but he just glanced at me and walked off. However, this time around in Haverhill, I felt respected and appreciated. Perhaps the previous employee was just overwhelmed by a woman who has more knowledge about carpet cleaning than he does. But luis was outstanding and I hope he keeps up providing such top-notch service!
