Mr. Frank is a true professional, courteous, easy to schedule with, and pays attention to detail. He worked hard to lighten up stubborn discoloration on carpeting that other steam cleaners failed to get out. His pricing is also much more reasonable than others, especially for smaller jobs. Recommend.

I just wanted to say Thank You again for the flawless service! Nathan and his worker did a fantastic job Saturday, September 17, 2022 and Nathan was kind enough to give me a little walk-through when they were done to let me know how everything went. They did fantastic and quick work. I will recommend Professional Carpet Care to everyone.

Where do I start?! I was a complete damsel in distress. Found a new home for my family and it needed major TLC. Frank saved the day at the very last minute and did not disappoint! Very thorough in ways that I never expected (carpeted areas inside closets and small hidden spaces). Pet smell gone, urine stains gone, carpets looks plush and brand new. Kept in touch and sent pictures once the job was completed. I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism, punctuality and thorough work!! Will certainly use his services again and refer anyone who may need it! Thanks again, Frank!
