doesn’t and didn’t do what his website says,- he took and scheduled the job, i prepared and waited for him, then came and refused to work, didn’t clean a relatively clean but stained carpet, wouldn’t clean carpet as it may affect his machines ? and he left ? his machines can’t handle a middle of the road in need of cleaning carpet? he bent over for several minutes, stating at carpet , cringing his face, said he could not would not clean the carpet , which another place had done last month but was not available , and i called another place who came later that day and did a great job, so i don’t know what was up Stafans hoses that day, because a carpet was dirty? not needed and won’t be replaced , and cleaned hours later by someone took and scheduled and then performed the job

We had stains all throughout the house in the carpets that made us think we needed to replace them. Stefan came in and showed us good quality cleaning would save it. The carpet is as good as new and we would recommend them to anyone.
