Very professional, punctual and made my carpets look brand new. My grandmother passed away, there were years old of coffee stains and Pepsi stains, he got them completely out. I will be using them to clean my gutters also.

Vent cleaning tools not professional grade. Vacuum system without any attachments was used. That will not clean the whole circular surface of entry vent duct system. Checked my return vents once they was done, a lot of dust and dirt still left in system. I went back in with napkins and paperwork to get the wet (sanitize spray) dust and dirt out. One time large dollar amount paid to learn a valuable lesson. Check with other companies, get many quote, AND check reviews first!

Scheduled at 11am, no call no show. Rescheduled for 4pm same day, 30 minutes late to that appointment & we had to reschedule. Originally quoted $320 and while confirming the appointment today that changed to $489.

Would have been better off doing the job myself ! DO NOT waste your hard earned money using this company. Customer service couldn’t be any worse, horrible unfinished job. Absolutely disgusted

This man is total scam artist and took advantage of a young women. First he said it would be $1400 to clean my air ducts and do my two rooms of carpet cleaning upstairs and stairs. I talk him down to $950 (which is still high but was on a time crunch) he left for lunch and I had to errands he promised he would be back alone, when I return he was another person he bought to the job. (Without giving me a call or heads up) then ask me for money I told him I wanted to check his work, and he missed about half the vents. Didn’t clean the air vents and all the ducts in the basement. I asked him to clean them and he said he didn’t bring his pressure washer to clean the vents. So I had my mom bring hers across town. We had agreed to pay $475 (still very high) Then next day he sent his employee to our house bc my husband was not happy with the vent looked. He had only did the surface vents and not the actual ducts. The employee confirmed that the ducts weren’t done. And said he didn’t have the machine and would be back in 45 mins, we waited 3 hours without hearing anything. I called him off my phone multiple times and he didn’t answer I finally use my husbands phone and he answered confirming he would make it right Saturday at 9 AM. Saturday he texted me “We would like 2 settle our disagreement on this service thru dispute and mediation” To say I’m unhappy and feel used and lied to is a understatement.
