We purchased a home last spring and had Steamway clean carpets before we moved in. Since then we had some remodeling work done over about 2 months and the contractors didn’t lay down plastic or protect the carpets in any way. I honestly thought the carpet was ruined but don’t have the budget to replace them. I called Steamway and just hoped they could make them look somewhat better. Mark & Jeremy did a really good job and I couldn’t be happier – the carpet looks great and I’m so relieved!

Cleaned up a well loved chair (upholstered rayon polyester) that had seen better days. When I picked up the chair it was cleaner than the day we brought it home and even did some minor fraying repairs. Well above expectations. Did such a great job we scheduled air duct cleaning services for next month.
