My first time to be disappointed with Stanley Steemer. Waited to move my furniture in to make it easier. What FEW small items I had in the rooms, they never bothered to move anything. 4 LARGE rooms and a hall way only took 30 minutes. I normally have carpets cleaned every 6 months. I think I will start looking for another company that offers better service. So disappointed!

I was very impressed with their service. After reading mixed reviews I was skeptical. They got to my home 30 mins earlier than they we’re going to which was wonderful because my husband was waiting on them to come. When we moved in the people before us had multiple animals and when they moved out they cleaned the carpets an shut the windows up without any utilities in the middle of august. You can imagine the smell. We cleaned the carpets again but time after time every spring when our windows are open the stench is disturbing. So we finally decided to see if they could be professionally cleaned as we’d tried several times in the past with our own and to my suprise they look amazing. They look up SEVERAL dark urine spots we thought would never come up. The floor looks brand new and feels so much softer. We’ll see after it fully dries if the smell is gone as well, but we are very pleased with how our carpets turned out and the service we got

I will never recommend this company ever!! They didn’t even spray anything on our carpet stains. They ended up calling it “wear pattern”. I used my carpet cleaner and used a carpet stain spray and got them out. We had them also clean our grout and none of it came clean. I ended up using their recipe for grout cleaner and let it sit for the 10 minutes like it calls for, and it became clean also. It was a waste of money, over $600. I am highly disappointed in that company, I thought they suppose to be “top of line carpet cleaners”. I reached out to them via email re; this matter with no response back from them. BEWARE

Scheduled duct cleaning – called 30 mins prior to performing services to rescheduled due to heat… Called today to confirm my appt, no appt made for today. Manager/Owner Tony – VERY RUDE and UnProfessional You are right about thing – Tony ! I’ll find somebody else who will perform the services with a professional attitude, not a punk!

My husband called to have our couch cleaned and while they were here also had them do the carpet. I didn’t realize how dirty our carpet was!! The carpet looks absolutely amazing and brand new. It’s surprisingly much softer as well. They were very professional and we will definitely use them again in the near future.

Highly recommend this company! They were very friendly, professional and did an amazing job. I was very impressed with how much effort was put into cleaning/deodorizing our carpets and appreciated the follow up with them as well! 10/10!

My wife was home with them when they arrived and they walked down the job. She was Told the living room was larger than the 2 rooms requested so added extra money to clean the rooms desired. Did not clean to the walls, missed spots, tipped sofas just enough to make a few swipes not cleaning under them. It Did not smell clean when they were done. They never put any blocks under wood tables or chairs. Just set back down on wet floors. Never raked carpet, could see every foot print. I Called the man owner and he was very put out for me calling him. Since I called on the after hours number cause I did not want to hurt my wood furniture. He was very rude and really could care less with what his workers did. He expected us to take another day off of work to come back another day to put blocks under furniture. Stating he would not have them come back the same day. So, long story, but if you want to waste your money call this company in Terre Haute IN. they sure don’t care to make it right. Who knows if they even used soap. I could of made it smell better by using a rental and doing it myself, at least I would of cleaned all of the carpet and my wife wouldn’t had to hear the stories of the previous workers for this company fired that were on drugs.

The “supervisor” is very unprofessional and lied more than once. Used my tools. Showed no pics or video after. Did not do job at all. Very lazy and slow. One just stood around. Charged my card half way through job. The employees said they didn’t have a special cleaner and tools and was unsure what to do after I was told they could. I had to give them my drill, ladder, and cleaning tools to do the job. Which they never did. I had to instruct them and repeatedly guide them. I will never use a company that won’t back up their word or work. All duct cleaning places show you video!!!
