Mr. Steamer is the best choice in our area for cleaning and restoring carpets! Chris took great care of our 4,300 square foot event venue, and his team made the carpet look like new again. Chris was extremely professional, with very affordable pricing, and excellent communication. It isn’t everyday you find someone who has kept their prices consistent over the past few years, so that’s a huge plus. For our most recent cleaning, there was a tiny issue that arose, and Chris went above and beyond to resolve the situation himself in an extremely efficient manner. Having that sort of pride in one’s work is well worth a phone call to check out Mr. Steamer for your next cleanup or restoration job!

Service was professional. Very accommodating to our schedule. Carpet was extremely dirty with rust and paint stains. Carpets looked absolutely amazing when done. Highly recommend for your carpets as well

They did a great job at a great price. My previous renter was very hard on the carpet. I probably should have replaced it but this cleaning will get me by til the weather is warmer. I’m very pleased.

I was scheduled for a rug cleaning service. They were a no call no show. I reached out a couple times to see if they were coming or to reschedule, never heard back. I would have appreciated a simple phone call or text to reschedule or notify me of the cancellation.
