I was sneezing throughout the day , rinsing my sinus cavity . My nose was sensitive to dust and dog dander . I’ve lived in same home 29+ years and never had the ducts cleaned . I was looking for someone to thoroughly clean my ducts . I came upon Your company, watched the video showing intense scrubbing of the internal duct walls and cold returns with this rotating tool , while a huge vacuum lead the way toward the furnace and then returned cleaning the materials loosened by the rotating tool . I called and was offered an appointment the next day . Bill explained how his services worked . I agreed . The next day Jason worked his magic on 12 vents and 5 cold air returns . 3+ hours later my home feels like brand new . My Furnace and Air Conditioning sound quieter , the air feels stronger . I breathe better and haven’t sneezed since . I recommend PRIDE CLEANING! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jim Svetic Highland , Indiana

Very rude customer service!!! I will never use this cleaning service with the way I was spoken to on the phone in regards to why I needed to cancel my appointment. Just because I have to cancel doesn’t mean that I will not ever use your service in the future!!! However, with the response I received I will not. You just lost your chance for me to use in the future or recommend you to all of my friends and family.

The cleaner arrived on time and wore a mask the entire time (cleaning was during COVID). He told us that one stain on the carpet might not be able to be removed (we have an old dog who sometimes has accidents) but then he spent a lot of extra time and effort and was able to remove it. He used a ramp to pull up his equipment over our stairs instead of just dragging it up, which I also really appreciated. I would definitely use their services again.
