I manage an apartment community and our hallways were in need of a good cleaning. I can not say how pleased I am with 1st Choice Carpet Cleaning! They completed our common area hallways and stairwells and made the carpet look new again. They are easy to schedule, provide professional customer service and fantastic results. I can’t wait to use them again for future projects!

Rick is the only person from this company I have met, but if he represents how the company as a whole, this company is real professional. They do the work right without cutting corners. 1st Choice Carpet Cleaning has helped us twice. The house we moved in to last summer had incredibly filthy air vents (stuffed with animal/human hair, dust, trash, etc.), and my nose and throat acted up. We called the management company, and they sent 1st Choice to clean the air vents. Rick came and did an amazing job. He was polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and it seemed to us he took pride in what he does. We bought a house recently and one of the first things we did before moving in was call 1st Choice. The person who answered the phone was also professional, efficient and clear, and everything she said was accurate (prices, what to expect before and during the appointment, etc.). We then realized they actually provided carpet cleaning service, so we requested carpets and dryer vent cleaned as well as the air vents. Rick was as professional and awesome as I could remember. He called before he arrived, showed up on time, explained details before he began the work, and did an amazing job. Thank you, Rick and 1st Choice!

Rick came today to clean our carpets. I was supposed to have my couch cleaned also, but he informed me after seeing the material that I could not actually “clean” it, he could only vacuum it and he didn’t want to charge me when he couldn’t technically clean it. I appreciated his honesty! The carpets look amazing and he was very friendly and informative. I was quoted between 11-1pm and that’s exactly what he did it in. I will definitely be using them again!

I used 1st choice carpet cleaning for the first time today to have my carpets professionally cleaned. They completely exceeded my expectations. Rick was the technician, & he was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain the process they use before he started. My carpets look brand new! They were almost dry when he finished! The house smells very clean, & fresh from the deodorizer he used, not the overpowering chemical smell I had to deal with before with other companies. I’m very pleased with them, from the booking of the appointment all the way to the clean. Great company, great quality, and affordable. We will be referring our family/friends to them, and using them solely from now on. Local, & family owned is a plus as well.

Ricky did an exceptional job on my carpets they look great!🙌he was very professional and polite , called 30minutes before to let me know he was on his way, took his time and the deodorizer smells great!

Unbelievable job on our 15 year old builder grade light colored carpet. It looks new again. What a terrible mistake to have any other company do your carpet Cleaning. Thank you for the great customer service.
