TL;DR: After working with a multitude of companies over the past year, EDMONSON’S work ethic and customer service was one of the best encountered. We just built a home with a very reputable builder in the Indianapolis area. We worked with many different companies/contractors and I was very shocked by customer service these days. It seemed almost none of the companies had the consumer’s interest at heart. I say this for comparison. EDMONSONS WAS THE BEST THOUGH. We hired them of our own accord to clean a sofa, loveseat, oversized chair and a light colored rug that has had 3 kids playing on it for years. They brought them all back looking new! They put in extra time on the rug and were determined to deliver it in the best condition. They picked up at our old house, cleaned it all and delivered to the new house a week later! They were very prompt. Communication was perfect. Everyone was super kind and genuinely customer centered. THESE ARE THE COMPANIES WE NEED TO BE SUPPORTING. After my build, I can tell you less and less companies are like this. As consumers, we genuinely need to say no to the companies that are not trying their hardest to make sure the customer is taken care of. Edmonson’s goes on the ”great” list for me and the “refer everyone” list. It was a breath of fresh air.

Perfect! Picked up and delivered on time. Good communications, the wool rugs visibly cleaner. The picture is before cleaning. Just showing the type of rug they picked up. We had 3 wool rugs cleaned.

I really appreciate the personal care and service offered by Angie at Edmonson. Angie promptly responds to inquiries and offers the time needed to take care of a situation. She was at my business everyday and very thorough with the work seeing the job to completion. Thank you Angie!

Angie is a wonderful, detail oriented, full of energy restoration person! I had a flood from my neighbors refrigerator not being hooked up correctly when my laminate floors were only three weeks old. My insurance company gave me two choices of water restoration companies and I chose Edmonson because she was able to get nail polish out of my mothers carpet one time but I had no idea they did water restoration as well. She crossed every ‘T’ and dotted every ‘I’ and went above and beyond my expectations! Great job Angie! Thank you so much for all your efforts!

We only use Edmonson Carpet Cleaning Services. They are best in town. They won’t leave your home till you (the home owner) is completely satisfied. They always make your home beautiful. When they leave, you know you are in a cleaned house. The people are so friendly and go out of their way to answer any questions or fix any problems. If you are trying to decide on who to hire for you cleaning needs, I promise you will not be disappointed. One repeated Valued customer.

I came home from work on a Friday evening to a busted water pipe and a flooded house! Angie and Darrin left their dinner plans, loaded all their equipment and were at my house in less than an hour. Not only did they work all night, they came back all weekend making sure everything was getting dried out. Angie took charge as ‘ general contractor’ handling everything from the insurance co to all the sub-contractor appointments, making what would have been a stressful situation for any homeowner one of ease! Thank you Angie and team! Keep up the great work!!
