Joyce asked for pictures, did research, asked colleagues, and came out to my house with his best plan. After analyzing the stains and trying a small test area, she recommended against cleaning the fabric. I surely appreciate her competence and solid advice. Simply the best!!

I have contracted with five different carpet cleaning services in the past 8 months. Each and every company had some kind of scam whether it be in the pricing scheme or in their services. The people who would clean my apartment looked like they had escaped from prison the day before. This all changed when I hired Joyce Floor Care. The technician was wonderful and told me exactly what it would cost.

The guys who showed up for my carpets cleaning were kind, professional and helpful. They made it easy for me. They explained everything they were doing to me and answered all of my questions. They were knowledgeable in their work. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend them.

They are courteous, professional and very well priced! Greg runs a very great company. They have always quoted me over the phone and I have never once had a different price at the time of service. Everyone that has entered my house has treated it with care and has done the job all the way through. I will never ever have another company clean my house. They have spoiled me. The guys from Joyce Floor Care who cleaned our carpet were highly professional. They came on time and did a great work within a very short time. They were polite, friendly and very courteous during the cleaning. They also charged us reasonably that we saved some money since we had planned to pay more than they asked for. Highly recommended.
