They gave me an estimate over the phone and I had an appointment within the week. Vasil did a great job cleaning my stone tile. He was pleasant, on time, a hard worker and informative about the type of tile I had. He sealed it and now it look like a new floor. The final cost was the same as the estimate – very reasonable.

They were very speedy getting setup to clean. Then they did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I had several pet stains and they cleaned them easily. I’ll use My Carpet next time I need my carpets cleaned.

They cleaned 6 chairs, a large sectional sofa and an area rug. They were really about as good as you can get. This was my first time using My Carpet Cleaning. It’s definitely not the last. They’re coming back to di my windows.

The technician was friendly and arrived on time. He stayed for about an hour and a half for one room of carpet and one cushion but did not successfully remove many of the stains.

Really great company! I had spilled a full bottle of olive on my tiled kitchen floor…..eek! The technician came and removed all the oil. My floor looks great. He also cleaned my bedroom carpet and cleaned the floor of my shower stall. Not many companies like this around.

MyCarpet Cleaning is one of the few companies that will give a price over the phone – the other charge a $39 ‘estimate’ fee! They arrived on time and cleaned my grey couch/two light colored area rugs and charged what they quoted. Everything looks like new! Tech was very professional all while having to deal with our fire/smoke alarms inexplicably going off every 10 mins. We have used this company for windows and gutters and were just as happy with that service. Highly recommend!
