Update – They did send a different crew back out to redo the carpets. This crew was more thorough and was able to get a couple stains out and lighten another considerably. So I’ll give them 4 stars for addressing the issue and providing the service that was expected the first time. In both cases the crew was cordial and respectful. Had the first crew done what the 2nd crew did, then I would have given 5 stars. Original Post: If you like speed cleaning, they would rank pretty high. But for as fast as they cleaned the areas we wanted I just don’t see how effective the process was for actually cleaning the carpets. They did get wet though so 5 stars for that. It was like the house was on fire and they wanted to be done before it burned down. An average 12×15 room was done in like 2 minutes…

I’ve been a customer for 20 years and always found pricing reasonable. I recently had services performed that required 2 techs less than 3 hours. The cost for is service was $1,900. Simply put it cost over $600 per hour to have my rugs cleaned. A Harvard Attorney costs less per hour!! In a follow up discussion with the owner I was treated with arrogance & disrespect. You can shear a sheep for life but you can only skin them once. I got skinned and they are proud of it. Consider someone else, I will never use them again.

We are very satisfied with our 20 yr old hardwood floor cleaning by Koshgarian. Also, we were astounded how fresh and clean our area rugs looked after taking them into the Hinsdale facility. Well done guys!
