The final price wasn’t even close to what the girl on the phone quoted. Very professional and did a great job but the final price was 3x the quote.

Called to get an estimate to clean our couch and was told I would have to pay $39 to have someone come give me an estimate. That is completely illogical!

My service tech, was punctual and very thorough with the cleaning process. He made me feel comfortable by walking me through the process. Also, in regards to scheduling my appointment, Dan was very personable and easy to work with. He always had a positive attitude and was very helpful.

I’m happy to say that Crowley Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job removing some pet stains. My carpet is only 6 months old but my son’s dog became sick and left me with 2 very nasty stains. Mark came out right away and was able to remove most of the stain. However, after the carpet dried there was some residual stain left in one spot. I contacted Crowley Carpet Cleaning and they returned the next day. Mark arrived early and was able to removed it . Everyone that I spoke to and dealt with from Crowley Carpet Cleaning were very polite and professional. I will use them again soon to clean all the carpet.

I highly recommend Crowley Carpet Cleaning company! I have hired them several times to clean my rugs and am glad they do the job thoroughly without using chemicals. Their technicians are prompt and courteous and do a thorough job relatively quickly. Bravo!

I’ve used Crowley Carpet Cleaning on several occasions for my carpet cleaning and the experience has always been great.Their technicians are very polite and courteous. I recently called them to clean my carpet after hosting a lot of visitors in my house.They did an excellent job and i was very impressed.I will highly recommend them.

Had Crowley Carpet Cleaning out and I’m highly impressed with all aspects of the service. They were incredibly flexible with my schedule, arrived on time with plenty of notice of a courtesy call, and finished the job in a very timely manner. Mark was incredibly polite, and walked me through the process with ease. We will definitely be using this company again in the future!

This was the second time that I had Crowley Carpet Cleaning come out and clean my carpets and they did not disappoint.They came right on time and got right to work. My house looks clean and smells fresh.They were done at the expected time and their charges were very fair.I would definitely recommend them.
