Disappointed with my experience with elevate carpet cleaning. I gave them the square footage and # of rooms for an empty basement cleaning. They bid me one price over the phone and the price increased when they arrived (for less square footage). I talked the price back down closer to the original estimate and then in the end they bumped it up another $20 for spot cleaning. The spots came back within 10 days – the smell of urine came in strong in our downstairs theatre. I paid nearly $350. Ended up having a different company come back and clean the carpets again. The second company did it at half the price and did a better job. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for carpet cleaning.

Very impressed! Will was great to work with and did an amazing job with my area rug! From what I understand, they just built the only rug deck in the area specifically for cleaning areas rugs. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Elevate for carpet cleaning and grout cleaning. Elevate has cleaned my carpet several times over the years and recently cleaned my tile floors and grout. I am always completely satisfied with the quality and professionalism.
