I want to thank Capital Carpet Cleaning Richmond Hill Georgia for doing a fantastic job with the carpets in our new home. These carpets were in ROUGH shape, and they look brand new now. We had one spot in a room that needed a touch up and they came out to cleaned it as soon as they could. Great customer service.

Capital came out and cleaned our carpets as part of our move-in agreement for our new rental, as we noticed there was a strong dog odor from the previous renter, and my wife has sensitivities/allergies. They hit all of our carpet once and it freshened things up, but we ended up calling them back after a couple weeks noticing the scent had gotten stronger in one particular area. In all actuality what happened was the previous renter had doused the carpets in the odor masking powder, so the first time they cleaned they got a bunch of dog hair and the powder up, which then revealed the true source of the odor later on. Ian, the owner, said just give him a call back if we noticed anything off or funky after the first cleaning. So I did that, and without hesitation or any type of questioning on my part, he set us up for another appointment to come out and this time did a thorough pet deodorization. Now everything smells fresh again. Ian’s the consummate professional, is personable, and will do what it takes to get it right. You really can’t ask for more than that.

These guys are great. He showed up right on time and even offered to come early if I needed him to. He was very quick and thorough. The carpets look great. The best part is that my apartment complex claimed there was still an odor in the apartment (which there definitely was not), and when I mentioned it to Capitol Carpet they came back out and deodorized it a second time right when I called them. Exceptional service. I highly recommended them to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

No complaints here. Quoted me a (very reasonable) price to shampoo some long overdue carpets. Arrived on time. Professional and polite. Communicated any spots that were not going to come up so there were no surprises. No hidden charges. Definitely recommend.
