Really disappointed with my experience with Adam and his maid ginger. We had them out to deep clean our carpet and our house. Prior to getting started we discussed what was to be done including wiping down the baseboards, dusting all surfaces, vacuuming, cleaning the oven, and deep cleaning our carpet. After they left, I went through the house and found multiple areas that were not dusted including an entire room, our mantel piece, multiple bookshelves, several areas of baseboard and it was clear no vacuuming had been done other than the deep clean of the carpet. While Ginger and Adam put in several hours of hard work, and our oven and carpet looked great, they did not fulfill the work they said they would. I took pictures and sent them to Adam immediately and asked for a partial refund of $150. He charged me $500 after initially quoting me $450. He called me back and refused any kind of refund and said he would come back out to complete the job but would charge me additional money. His tone was very combative. Obviously, we found this unacceptable. I cannot recommend Adam or Ginger and will be looking into reporting them to the BBB after I finish the job they did not complete. Attached are just a few photos of what they neglected. We are still hopeful that Adam will make this right by offering us some refund so that we are able to speak more positively of his company in the future.

Carpets haven’t been cleaned in a while – they came out and did a great job for a great price. Hardworking and friendly!
