Overall great experience with amazing customer service. Brian responded to my inquiry right away and came out within a few days to look at the carpet because I needed stretching and cleaning. Gave a very reasonable quote and scheduled the service within a time that worked best for me. Justin showed up right on time the morning of the cleaning. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind to work with. He reviewed the carpets and information that Brian had provided him prior to starting the cleaning which was great and made me feel comfortable with the quality of service that fiber care provides. Justin was amazing and did a great job. The carpets were stretched perfectly, definitely night and day difference on how clean they are and there was no mess. Everything dried within a reasonable time, no film on the carpet, no residue, absolutely flawless. Would highly recommend FiberCare and Justin and Brian.

Fiber Care of Atlanta has been cleaning my carpets for nearly seventeen years. The Fiber Care team is professional and personable, and they do an excellent job! Additionally, they do an outstanding job cleaning my carpet and stone shower. Yes! they clean natural stone floors and showers.

We had a skunk spray our dog & it got all over our couch and Brian was quick to get his guys out here to help us try to get rid of the smell and even when it didn’t take completely the first try, he sent someone back out the next week to give it another shot with a different deodorizer. I really appreciate their professionalism, friendliness & help to bring the smell from a 12 to a 2!

I have used Fibercare for many years. Mario came last week to clean old Berber carpet in my basement. Like previous times he did an amazing job removing accumulated dirt so that it almost looks new. Thanks Brian and Mario.

We have been using Fiber Care for many years. One time. Once. I branched out and used another very popular cleaning company. Never again. I will always use Fiber Care. Not only do they do a fantastic job cleaning carpets, but they go way above and beyond with their customer service. I have problem pet carpet and Brian and his crew always come through for me. I cannot recommend them enough!! I have 18 year old very light colored carpet, lots of teenage boys trekking through my house, and a sweet 16 year old dog with a penchant for peeing right in the middle of the tv room floor. Every time I call Fiber Care to set up my appointment I think I should really be just replacing my carpet, but they come out and I end up with carpet that feels mostly like new. I just love it! The icing on the cake is how these guys help me figure out how to deal with the dog stains. I cannot recommend them enough!!
