Bill did an amazing job with our area rug that had some deep stains on it. I tried hard to clean them with several products, but I ended up making it worse, and causing damage to the fibers. I thought it was impossible to fix, but Bill made it so much better! Also, he was very professional and mindful of our home, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Bill & his crew did a good job cleaning our carpets in several large rooms recently – 5 total. Some stains seemed unlikely for them to remove but they did a good job making an older carpet look new. They also showed up on time & followed instructions given which does not always happen with home contractors. Much appreciated
