Steve has been cleaning my parents home (carpets and upholstery) it has always been a great experience. He is always on time great with communication explains what he’s doing as he’s doing it and just an all-around genuinely great person. His works clearly speaks for itself. We moved into our house in April, and are not sure when the last time the floors were cleaned not only do they feel clean, but we didn’t know the true colors of our floors. Steve Jordan was responsive, attentive, customer centric and appreciative of our business. I would highly recommend this business. He came out originally for a carpet stain and we asked for an estimate to steam clean our floors. He provided great service – out floors seriously look amazing! Our carpet stain is gone! If you live in the Tampa area Steve Jordan is who you should use!!!

We used to think highly of Steve Jordan Carpet Cleaning, but things seem to have take a turn for the worse lately. A few months ago, they cleaned our carpet. It look good at first, but after a couple of weeks the stains wicked back up to the surface. This used to not happen with their cleaning, which is why we used them. They came back out to handle the stains, but a couple of weeks later, the stains AGAIN wicked back up. Note that these a very noticeable (ugly) stains. Now they don’t seem to returning our calls anymore.

I can say enough good things about this company. Their level of expertise is unmatched. I have silk chairs that I am afraid to look at for fear of putting a stain on them. They did get dirty and Steve cleaned them like they were brand new. I would not use any other company. Steve knows exactly what to use and how to use it on different fabrics and rugs. On top of that, his prices are so reasonable !!!! Thank you!!!
