I called Surface Experts at the last moment and they were able to rearrange the schedule to get this done! Paul and Erica showed up promptly on Monday morning and did a fantastic job. I had an especially daunting task of carpet cleaning for an elderly person who had had trouble taking care of their house. The carpet had not been professionally cleaned in eight years so it wasn’t going to be easy. Honestly, I didn’t think too much could be done about it. The carpet originally was a cream color and the walking paths were an entirely different color. And it had to be done by Sunday, when I was calling Friday afternoon. I had searched google for a carpet cleaning company and found many. I started calling each one. After speaking with Paul, I felt that he would work to get the task done and, even though he did not usually work Sunday he agreed to help. He arrived as scheduled. While it was initially thought to be a project that took an hour, it took three as he wanted to really do a great job and with the pride of a job well done. Well, when I came back after his work was done, the carpet was a whole new color back to its original. I didn’t think that was possible!

I was given a referral by a general contractor to have my 1100sq ft of tile cleaned by ‘Surface Experts’ and from the initial call to the job being done was fantastic. I reached out and left a voice message and was contacted back the same day as his message says. I then scheduled an appointment for them to give me a quote. Paul arrived right on time and gave me the estimate. The price was very fair, so I set up a date to have the job done. Paul and Erica arrived right on time to do the job. They walked me thru the process they were about to start and asked if I had any questions. They then protected my house as if it was their home while they did the work. The result by them was spectacular ! I will be using them for sure. I will now be the giving out them as a referral when I’m asked if I know anyone. You really owe it to yourself to contact them if you need any surface cleaning. They are true pros at what they are doing. Howe’s – Largo
