On time and efficient, maybe too efficient. I had to call back because a spot was completely missed, he returned right away and did it which was great but I’m not super excited about the finish. I was expecting a nice and crisp smell but it isn’t the case. My carpets are clean but they were not dirty with stains to begin with rather they had pet odors from one of my cats marking. Which was my biggest concern. If you have cats or dogs you know how tough it is to remove urine smell (specially from cats). Like I said I pointed out which areas really needed focus and now after my carpet is dry there is still lingering smell. I think he went to fast and also the pet treatment pump was broken so I don’t think enough product was put down.

Our experience was excellent,. I called due to a bad experience with another company. I called JFORE CARPET CLEANING with a 30 minute notice and to my surprise after explaining my circumstances they agreed, arrival within 30 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service, very professional. I WILL call them again. THANKS GUYS !!!

I had the tile floor and furniture cleaned. Very professional and polite crew. Explained what should be expected when the floor dries. Floor looks very good. Pulled alot of dirt from what I thought was a clean couch.
