Blake from Northern Colorado Zerorez just finished cleaning our carpets. Blake was very professional, respectful, and had a great attitude. A fine young man! Everything looks great, just waiting for everything to dry. This is the 6th year we have had Zerorez here and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing carpets cleaned. A top rating today!

Horrible!! Here 20 minutes.. left soggy wet carpets. Called to complain was told a tech would be out! Didn’t happen. Called this am was told manager would call. Didn’t happen. Techs also left gate wide open! We are seniors and feel that we were scammed!😡😡 DO NOT use!

Erland was my carpet tech and did an amazing job from start to finish. He was actually running ahead of schedule and called to ask me if I was interested in being seen early; I said absolutely! I was not able to be present when he arrived so I provided him with my garage code and he conveniently went in and did the job. We consulted over the phone about each room, double checked with me what rooms/areas I wanted cleaned, went over a couple of spots of concern on the carpets and discussed whether or not they needed special stain treatment or not, etc, but everything was ultimately my decision and I did not feel “pushed” in any way to do any services that I did not want. When the job was finished, he called me again and went over everything, let me know that everything cleaned up well, took payment over the phone, and emailed me my invoice. It was quick, easy, and a nice experience. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends/family. Thank you for being so kind and doing such a wonderful job, Erland. You are appreciated.

I liked the green cleaning methods used by this company. My old beige carpet looked very nice and clean when Ryan was finished. He was friendly, competent, and knowledgeable about what he does and was easy to talk with, listened to my questions and was able to answer them adequately. I liked that he wore shoe coverings in the house, navigated well through the furniture with his equipment, was done when the job was complete and did not try to hurry and rush through although he certainly did not dawdle. It was easy to get an appointment over the phone and Ryan called ahead and arrived on time. The only thing that made the entire transaction less than perfect was that the price I had been quoted with the woman on the when when making the appt ended up being about twice as much in reality partly because apparently she had not passed on the information that I had 26 stairs although I had been very clear about that. When Ryan got to my house he was unaware that we has any stairs. But that did nit keep him from being professional and able to complete the job to great satisfaction. Perhaps their could be better communication with the customer about the costs of the services when giving an estimate. I will probably use them again as I liked the technician the job he did and the product in general.
