From the initial phone call to the service being performed, I’ve been impressed. Shawn was accommodating and courteous with everything. He and Brian did a great job on my floors. Compared to other quotes, the cost of the floor was very reasonable. When looking for floor cleaning, I automatically searched Stanley Steemer but after the rude initial phone call and the upsell that was given, I was turned off. It was a blessing in disguise b/c I found a family-owned company that treated me like a person and not another job to make money off of. Highly recommended. #1 First Clean just made a loyal customer out of me!

Shawn and his crew were on time. They professional, they clean two rooms and our sofa as well as my truck. Outstanding work would definitely use them in the future. And highly recommend them to anybody that is looking for hard-working team.

We’ve used Shawn before and we’re very impressed. When our dog had an allergic reaction to something and the vet recommended that we get our carpet cleaned, we knew who to call. Shawn was there the next day and steam cleaned the carpet, tile, and area rugs. Everything looks great and our dog seems more at ease. We will be calling Shawn in the future!

I could not be happier with the service from First Clean! We had a small job (2 bedrooms and a large area rug). While Shawn was out I also asked him to clean our tile in the master bathroom. Everything came out beautifully! I have tried a number of different carpet cleaning companies with minimal success. No need to try anymore. First Clean is who we will use from this point forward!
