My technician arrived, after calling to let me know he was about an hour and a half early, I said, please come ahead. I had to leave while my husband was with him.. When I got home I checked in the first bathroom and the tile looked almost brand new!! What a joyous surprise. Great job, excellent response time and fairly priced. I have already referred my neighbor – she as impressed and hope to call them.

We’ve used OCD for the last two years and the crew has done a fantastic job everytime. The owner Jordan is an expert at fabric and fibers, they set realistic expectations, and are courteous and friendly. Even when we had a random discoloration appear on our natural fiber rug after they cleaned it, they came back, analyzed and explained the issue, re-cleaned the rug at no cost and got the discoloration out. They didn’t cut corners and stood by their work. This is by far the best carpet cleaning business I’ve ever used in the last 30 years. Look no further -just book them!
