Was able to schedule a residential carpet cleaning on short notice. The cleaning went well but a few spots needed to be touched up afterwards. The owner came out to fix the issue personally the following week. Good customer service.

Highly recommend Genesis! Booking was so easy; I especially loved the estimate feature on the website so I had an idea of what to expect.. Andrew was quick to respond and communication was effortless. Our couches and rug turned out so beautiful and there was no chemical/cleaning fluid smell after (I was a little worried because we have dogs). Will have Genesis back soon for doing more rugs and furniture! Thank you so much!

The technician showed up early in my 2 hour window which was greatly appreciated. It was a small(space) but big(very soiled) job. It looked amazing in the end. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Overall they did a good job, happy with it, except tge stain removal part. The stain became more visible afterwards.
