These days its hard to trust anybody….Please do not hesitate to work with this company. Everyone I dealt with was HONEST and FAIR. They went above and beyond my expectations…so thrilled!! Keep up the good work you do Eco-Bay, you will be my go to for carpet cleaning etc….and will share with my whole neighborhood. Your about to get busy 😂🥰

I just moved from Florida, and my coach needed cleaning. After shopping around Eco-Bay provide the fastest and reasonable price for the job. Lucio was my technician, he was very professional, punctual and explained the process. In Florida I had use Staley Steamer and I have to say that Eco-Bay did a better job. I highly recommend them, and will continue to use them, ask for Lucio as your tech. Thank you Lucio and Eco-Bay.

Edit: I’m pretty sure most of the 5-star reviews are fake bots or burner accounts. Don’t get scammed by this company. After my low review the owners contacted me trying to get me to take it down and wouldn’t offer a refund until I removed it. I find it hard to believe that all the positive reviews are authentic. My experience with Eco Bay was comically bad. Took about 25 minutes to clean an 8 x 10 area rug without any major stains, just normal use. They used a foaming soap with a strong chemical smell. Skip to after the cleaning is over. They dump the dirty soap water in my front yard right next to my flower bed. The cleaning solution smell is giving me a headache just after 25 minutes. I’m worried about kids and my dog being in the room with it. The rug looks better but not brand new. I have to move the rug outside to dry or else my whole house is going to smell. It’s hard to carry as it’s still damp. I start to suspect they just shampooed the rug and didn’t do a second pass with plain water. I take my hose to test, rinse off a corner of the rug and lots of suds run out. Now I’m stuck with a stiff sun-dried rug saturated with soap. The fibers aren’t nearly as soft as they were before. I have to either hire another company or rent a steam cleaner myself. EDITED TO ADD: I will probably have to replace the rug, the wool is damaged and I’m not sure it will be the same after this. Also, their customer service: they use a traditional “Escalating Authority” sales strategy. The technician quotes a pretty high price for the job and if you think that’s too much (and want to pass on the “free estimate”) they call the manager who does hard negotiating over the phone. I personally hate sales pressure like that and would prefer they just offer their best price up front. (They went down to 50% of their first estimate.) Truly, I just wanted a quick, easy shampoo after about 6 months of wear and tear on my new living room rug! I wouldn’t recommend Eco Bay.

Had my very old and very thick drapes and shears cleaned by Eco-Bay. They look BEAUTIFUL! The entire process, from estimate, pick up, cleaning, and delivery was smooth and professional. Will definitely use them again.

They did a great job! Saved me the headache of doing it myself dealing with rentals of a bunch of stuff. Which is good because I only have a car lol recommend
