Caleb from a local carpet cleaning company just did a fantastic job freshening up my carpets in San Diego. He meticulously went through each room, indicating where my dogs had small accidents. My carpets now appear to be brand new! I’m incredibly impressed with the outcome and my carpets now emit a fresh and pleasing scent. I absolutely adore the transformation in my home!

We wanted two of our rugs cleaned. The woman who picked up the phone wasn’t super helpful–we told her we wanted two rugs cleaned but she did not tell us that they wouldn’t do wool rugs. When the cleaner arrived (at 2 PM when the window we were given was 11 AM – 1 PM) he told us he could only do the synthetic rug. Admittedly he did a great job on our 4×6 synthetic rug. It cost $74 with the upcharge for paying with card ($69 if cash).

incredible customer service from this carpet and rug cleaning company! the team, including richard, is incredibly cordial and focused. they pay detailed attention to the customer’s requirements and provide suggestions for the most efficient carpet cleaning techniques. without question, i would request wesley to be my service technician for my next appointment in san diego!

Carpet cleaning was subpar at best. There was a stain that wasn’t stubborn at all ,and came up with my own carpet cleaner which I had to go over after he left. They quoted $79 for 2 rooms, and when he got here, he quoted 149 for each room. Just for shampoo no deodorizer!! And with deodorizer it would be 179 EACH room. He said $79 was for carpet cleaning with water only?? Who does that? Also the guy used my toilet and clogged it so bad. Probably with the dirty water from the equipment. So now I have to put in a Service Request. He never asked to dumped the dirty water in my toilet. I’m highly upset. And I tipped him for this terrible service. He didn’t even call me to see his job after he was finished.

from start to finish, getting my carpets spruced up was a fast and effective process with this carpet cleaning company. luke and caleb arrived on time and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets, even managing to remove some stubborn pet stains. i am thrilled with the outcome and will be using their services again in san diego.

My carpet and upholstery required a deep cleaning. Richard worked diligently on the carpet, effectively removing a stubborn stain. After his efforts, it looked gorgeous. He also cleaned all the other carpets and upholstery in my San Diego home, fixing any worn-out areas. I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Luke and Jesse were fantastic, absolutely essential and very kind. We had our dogs in a kennel and both gentlemen spoke to them to provide reassurance. Then, of course, comes the carpet cleaning itself. We are thrilled to have a nearly dust-free carpet now! The guys were incredibly thorough in their cleaning. Thank you so much! jesse was thorough in his work and did an amazing job. he was really nice and worked hard to make my carpets look like they were just bought. having a pet, i deal with pet stains frequently, but jesse was able to get rid of some really tough ones! if i could, i would rate his service more than 5 stars. thank you so much, jesse! your carpet cleaning skills are valued in san diego.
