If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Very unprofessional and came with a bad attitude. Only cleaned half of my carpets and left because the machine broke. Didn’t even bother to show up the next day and just took my money. I hope others won’t have to go through this scam of a company as I did.

Shawn did an exceptional job on our worn-out carpet! The high-traffic zones were significantly revitalized by about 85%, while the rest appeared brand new. When I refer to high-traffic zones, I mean places that had visible dirt and stains. Expert Carpet Cleaning BAY AREA offered a stunning improvement at a fair price.

oliver was skilled, meticulous, and cautious when tackling our carpet cleaning job. i initially requested for a color carpet protectant, thinking it would have been the better choice, but oliver enlightened me that the color protectant wasn’t the most suitable option for my home in richmond. i eventually opted for the clear protectant instead.
