Holy cow did he go a great job. We have 20 year old berber carpet that was very high end when purchased but,,, we have cleaned it with our at home carpet cleaner for all those years. It lived through kids, pets, construction, then grandkids. Finally gave up and was giving it one last chance with Watkins… He nailed it. He realized we had years of soap build up and did a fantastic cleaning. Saved me a fortune in new carpet because it looks like new. He was on time, professional, and a very nice guy. A huge thank you to him for making my day!!!!

I spilled a huge mug of coffee on my sofa and did not have a wet/dry vac on hand to clean it up. I panicked, knowing there was no way I would be able to get someone out the same day to clean up the mess. I called several cleaning services to no avail until I landed on Watkins Carpet Cleaning. He and his wife were here in a matter of a few hours and cleaned my sofa beautifully! There was not a stain left to be found. I am very pleased with their work, their price was reasonable, they are very friendly, and I would highly recommend their services!

Watkins Carpet Cleaning is my go to carpet cleaner. I’ve been using them for at least eight years now. I’m definitely ready for a new carpet, but every year at least twice a year they come faithfully to clean my carpet. They’re super responsive, they have a very easy scheduling system, they answer the phone on time, they arrive on time, They clean up their mess as they go, they leave the area better than they found it I could go on and on! Not only that, but they’re super nice people. These owners are friendly, caring, and conscientious, business owners. Even when I get my new carpet, I cannot wait to use this service on newer carpet! Yay thank you thank you .

Scott and his Wife are such amazing and kind souls. They’re carpet cleaning service is quite possibly the best I’ve ever seen. He promptly cleaned all of my rooms and he didn’t soak the carpet with excessive amounts of water like other carpet cleaners I’ve used in the past have done. He even cleaned my cloth gaming chair for free !!! He also uses these cool fans that he places strategically so that the carpet dries extremely quickly. By the time he left almost all my carpet was dry to the touch. He also made my 10 year old couch look brand new!!! I will definitely be booking him for any future services.

Scott was great! We called at off hours and expected to leave a message. He came on Saturday and once he saw the dirty wool rug he wanted to take it with him rather than clean it in our house so he could do a better job overnight. He just dropped off the rug and it looks like new. Scott is both professional and personable! Highly recommended!
