The reason I’m giving them two stars is one, the lady who takes the calls is phenomenal and two, they did offer to come back out to make them better. We got our carpets cleaned last week, living room dinning room and hallway, it was a great price. However, the guy did all 3 in less than an hour which was slightly concerning. This week we went back over some areas with our carpet cleaner and the water was dark brown! It looked like no one had cleaned the carpets at all. When I called the lady she was so nice and set an appointment after hours to have the tech check them out and we would schedule a re clean in a few weeks ( I have family flying in, main reason I had our carpets done, but this is why we wanted to re do it in a few weeks). The tech called today basically telling me I’m wasting his time to come out and look and if he comes out it’s only to clean them a second time, so if he comes out tonight it is to re do the carpets. I did explain my family is in town and we cannot move everything back into our spare bedroom. We wanted to have him look so he could see what they look like now not weeks from now. Either way, super disappointed in the quality of work, also we were told leave some fans on and turn on the ac and floors would be dry in 8 hours which was not the case, it took about 24 hours, they were sloshing wet. I don’t think I would use them again. I also won’t be having them re do them, I’d rather just be out the $175 and do it myself at this point then have soaked floors for another 24 hours and be dissatisfied a second time.

We had a last minute need for emergency services after a family member was hospitalized. All American not only called us back on a holiday but were at our house within 4 hours. We feared that the affected carpet would have to be replaced but in a short period of time it was evident that it would be completely restored & looking/smelling great! We so appreciate this company & their services. Highly recommend them!

Both of my chairs were cleaned beautifully. There was one stain on the arm of the recliner that still was not completely cleaned. But an amazing job. I’d recommend these folks anytime. Very professional.

All American Carpet were very professional, on time, explain the process and after care, carpet looks great, very happy and would definitely use them again.

Very happy with how clean my carpets turned out! They do an amazing job. A huge plus is that the carpet almost feels dry to the touch! I will continue to use All American Carpet to clean my carpets!
